We send a flyer image to the school immediately and
bring order envelopes with us to
the dance so students my pay for their packages and
circle their selection on the envelope,
the prices on the envelopes were stated on the pre-dance
flyer which we sent to the school.
For every package we sell we donate $1.00 to the student
council.

GAME / COMPETITION COVERAGE PHOTOS

Hourly rate is $95.00 per hour, if the game goes into overtime
or competition runs over the
extra balance is due no later than pick-up date. If you
need us for a whole day, call us and
we can work out a price that is comfortable for your school
budget. Deposit is 50% of balance
booked, and the rest can be paid however often you like and in
comfortable amounts as
long as the total booked balance is paid by one week before the
event.
WHAT THE SCHOOL GETS
The school (hiring client) gets a high resolution large format
photo cd containing all images
from the event including a photo release so they may do whatever
they want with those images.
School (hiring client) also receives an 8.5x8.5 glossy 12 page
soft cover storybook style
game / competition photo book. Add it to your collection, coach /
director!

TRAVEL FEES |
If your school/area is within 25 miles of our
base of operations, there is no travel fee.
If your
school is outside of 25 miles of our base of
operations, travel fee is 47 cents per mile
round trip.

PLACING ORDERS |
Extra orders can be placed online via the
password protected online gallery which stays up
for
this group for one year, and then orders can
either be picked up or mailed out - if mailed
out
a minimum shipping and handling fee applies
depending on the size of the order and where
it is going to.
