EVENTS PORTRAITS

(Set-up fee is $25.00)
Hourly rate is $125.00 per hour if less than two hours booked, or $95.00 if two hours or more
are booked. Persons attending this event may pose for and purchase from online gallery
(which stays up for one year) portraits complete with professional backdrop set-up and
lighting (maximum of 5 people per portrait). If a set with custom props and a theme other than
choice of one our backdrops is desired, a creation/labor fee of $75.00 is required for us to
create your custom scene. Actual hiring client receives one 4x6 of each photo taken plus
one 8x10 and twenty-four wallets of their own portrait taken at the event. Deposit is 50%
of the hourly and set-up fee balance.

COVERAGE PHOTOS

Hourly rate is $125.00 per hour if less than two hours booked, or $95.00 if two hours or more
are booked. Deposit is 50% of the hourly balance.

BOTH COVERAGE PHOTOS AND EVENTS PORTRAITS

(Set-up fee for events portraits portion is waived.)
Hourly rate is $125.00 per hour if less than two hours booked, or $95.00 if two hours or more
are booked. Same prices and scenario from each service is the same as above; however,
please make sure that either your booked time period allows for both to take place, if you would
like an additional photographer so that both may take place simultaneously, the fee for the
second photographer is just $60.00 per hour. Deposit is 50% of the hourly balance.

We try to make our services as reasonable in dealing with as possible!
Deposit is 50% of the balance, then you may pay however often you like
and the payment amounts you are comfortable with as long as the total
balance due is paid by two weeks before the event.

ADDING PHOTOS	If you would like to add some extra photos to your package, pricing is as follows: 11x14......................................................................$35.00 each 8x10........................................................................$15.00 each 5x7..........................................................................$7.50 each 4x6..........................................................................$5.00 each 20x30 poster size...................................................$65.00 each wallets....................................................................$15.00 per twenty ** Minimum ONLINE GALLERY orders must be at least $20.00 for events.

RETOUCHING	If you would like retouching, this service is available at $35.00 per package order.

PHOTO CD'S	If you would like to purchase a photo cd of your session, pricing is as follows: Events CD with all images on it (just all portraits or just coverage)........$175.00 each Events CD with all images on it (both coverage and portraits).................$275.00 each Your favorite 20 images CD........................................................................$50.00 each Your favorite 20 images CD (retouched).....................................................$75.00 each Photo CD with a particular sitting on it only................................................$35.00 each

ADDING BLACK & WHITES	If you wish to add black & whites to your package, the cost is $35.00 per twenty standard size photos (or images if purchasing a CD).

TRAVEL FEES	If your event is within 20 miles of our base of operations, there is no travel fee. If your event is outside of 20 miles of our base of operations, travel fee is 47 cents per mile round trip.

STORYBOOKS	If you would like to purchase a photo book, pricing is as follows: 8.5x8.5 Soft Glossy Cover (12 pages).................................$45.00 each 5x5 Suede Embossed (20 pages)........................................$80.00 each 10x10 Suede Embossed (20 pages)....................................$110.00 each 5x5 Custom Hard Cover (20 pages).....................................$110.00 each 10x10 Custom Hard Cover (20 pages).................................$140.00 each 10x10 Custom Hard Cover (40 pages).................................$195.00 each ** If you wish to add extra pages, they are $5.00 per set.

ADDING SPECIALTY PHOTOS	If you'd like to add more specialty photos to your package, the cost is $50.00 each.

CUSTOMIZE	Like what comes in your package but wish a couple things were different? Swap it out! We aim to please with customization! The following swaps are allowed in customizing your package: 11x14 swap out for 2 - 8x10's 8x10 swap out for 2 - 5x7's or 20 wallets 5x7 swap out for 10 - wallets

GROUP PICTURES	Please be sure you booked photo time allows for group photos to be taken and in accordance with the size of the group please be sure that a suitable space is available to do the shot.

PLACING ORDERS	Orders can be placed online via the password protected online gallery which stays up for this group for one year, and then orders can either be picked up or mailed out - if mailed out a minimum shipping and handling fee applies depending on the size of the order and where it is going to.

ADDITIONAL HOURS	If client decides they want us to stay longer, hourly rate is $95.00 if just portraits or just coverage, and $155.00 if both portraits and coverage. Extra hours balance is due by no later than the paying clients pick-up date.
